ClickInfo provides free business listings and optional paid listing and advertising services. As these are online services, we do not sell or deliver physical products.

The price, features, duration and any renewal arrangements for each paid package will be displayed or agreed before payment.

Customers may request assistance with incorrect charges, duplicate payments, services not delivered as agreed or other payment-related concerns by emailing clickinfouk@gmail.com.

Refunds and cancellations will be handled fairly in accordance with the agreed service terms and applicable UK law. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights.

Additional non-returnable items

ClickInfo provides digital directory listing and advertising services, so physical product returns are not applicable.

Where a paid listing or advertising service has already been provided, any refund will depend on the agreed terms, the service delivered and applicable legal rights.

Refunds

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, paid twice or have not received the service purchased, please contact clickinfouk@gmail.com.

Please provide your business name, registered email address, payment date, amount and payment reference or receipt number.

We will review the request and confirm whether a refund is due.

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be returned using the original payment method. For cash payments, we will arrange an appropriate documented refund method.

If a paid listing is cancelled, the end date of the service and any refund entitlement will depend on the package terms agreed at purchase and applicable law.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been confirmed but has not yet arrived, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Discounted and promotional listing packages may be offered from time to time.

Any promotional price, package duration, renewal conditions and restrictions will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Discounted services remain subject to applicable statutory rights.

Exchanges

ClickInfo does not offer physical product exchanges.

Businesses wishing to upgrade or downgrade their listing package may contact ClickInfo to discuss available options.

Any changes to package features, charges or service duration will be confirmed before they take effect.

Gifts

ClickInfo listing packages are intended for business promotion rather than traditional gift purchases.

If a person wishes to purchase a listing package on behalf of another business, they must have permission from that business.

Shipping Returns

ClickInfo services are delivered online through www.clickinfo.co.uk.

No physical products are shipped, and no postal returns are required.
